We appreciate you selecting Glimmer Poise.  Our easy refund and return policy is available to provide you peace of mind if you're not entirely happy with your purchase.

30-Day Return Policy:

Returns of non-discounted items in their original, unused condition and packaging are welcome within 30 days of the purchase date.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please email our team at glimmerpoise@gmail.com to begin the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any provided accessories.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Refund Process:

We will email you to let you know that your returned item has been received once it has been received and examined.  We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.  Within ten business days of your return being accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at glimmerpoise@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

If the product arrives damaged or defective, Glimmer Poise will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement product will be sent at no additional charge.

Exchange Policy – 30 Days After Delivery:

We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email glimmerpoise@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Follow the return process for the original item.
  3. Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product to you.

Restocking Fee

We don't charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges, so our customers have a hassle-free experience..
